Pierre Villemure
Diplômé en génagogie (efficacité organisationnelle), M. Villemure a passé sa carrière professionnelle auprès des jeunes délinquants ou en difficulté d’adaptation. À la fin des années 80, il met à profit son savoir dans le hockey. Il utilise des exercices et analyses sociométriques afin d’aborder de manière différente l’aspect social d’une équipe et la dynamique de l’être humain à l’intérieur d’un groupe. Conseiller de longue date dans le milieu du hockey, il fait ses premiers pas auprès des Estacades de Trois-Rivières dans la ligue Midget AAA. En 1997, il fait le saut dans la LHJMQ avec les Cataractes de Shawinigan et depuis ce jour, certaines équipes du circuit Courteau utilisent sa passion et son savoir pour enrichir la vision dynamique des entraîneurs. De nos jours, il met également son art au service d’équipes professionnelles.
Certified in genagogy, organizational efficiency, Pierre Villemure spent his professional career with young delinquents. It is only at the end of the '80s that he begins using his knowledge to the benefit of hockey. He uses various sociometric questionnaires to touch in a different manner the social aspect of a team and the dynamics of a human being within a group. A long time adviser in the field of hockey, he takes his first steps with the Trois-Rivières Estacades of the Midget AAA League. In 1997, he graduates with the Shawinigan Cataractes in the QMJHL and since then, many QMJHL teams are vying for his services. Currently, he uses his art with NHL teams.
Jean-François Mouton
Éducateur physique de formation depuis le début des années 80, M. Mouton baigne dans le domaine du hockey depuis ce temps. Entraîneur adjoint pour les Bisons de Granby et des Castors de St-Jean à la fin des années 90, sa réputation dépasse nos frontières, l’amenant en Italie où il sera entraîneur de l’équipe nationale U16, U18 et U20 et chef de mission de l’équipe nationale Soviétique en 1989. Membre du Comité Provincial des Entraîneurs depuis 1982. Étroit collaborateur de Hockey Québec et titulaire de cours depuis 1978, il est instigateur de plusieurs projets en lien avec le hockey. En 2011, M. Mouton reçoit le prix Gordon Juckes de Hockey Canada, remis à une personne ayant participé de façon marquée au développement du hockey amateur. Il est maintenant impliqué au programme sport-études de la Polyvalente de Mortagne.
Educated in Physical Education, Jean-François Mouton navigates in the world of hockey since the beginning. Assistant coach with the Granby Bisons and the St-Jean Castors at the end of the '90s, his reputation transcends our borders and brings him to Italy where he will coach the U16, U18 and U20 teams and, in 1989, is the Chef de mission of the Soviet National Team. Member of the Provincial Coaches' Committee since 1982, close cooperator of Hockey Québec and Course Conductor since 1978, he is the instigator of many projects linked to hockey. In 2011, he is awarded the Hockey Canada Gordon Jukes Trophy handed out to a person who participated with distinction in the development of amateur hockey. He is currently involved with the "sport-études" program at the "Polyvalente De Mortagne".
Sébastien Beaulieu
Diplômé en intervention sportive à l’Université Laval, M. Beaulieu se spécialise dans la position de gardien de but. Entraîneur adjoint de plusieurs équipes dont : Lausanne (LNA Suisse), Ingolstadt (DEL), l’équipe nationale Française Seniors, U16, U18 et U20 et plus particulièrement (depuis 2006) avec le club de hockey Genève-Servette dans la ligue nationale A de Suisse. C’est aussi avec cette équipe qu’il remporte la Coupe Spengler en 2013-2014 et 2014-2015. Il a fondé en 2010 BKP, un centre pour le développement des gardiens.
Certified in Sport Intervention at Laval University, Sébastien Beaulieu specializes in the goaltender's position. Assistant coach with many teams, including Lausanne (Swiss NLA), Ingolstadt (LÉA), the French Senior, U16, U18 and U20 teams and, particularly since 2006, with the "Genève-Servette" Hockey Club in the Swiss National A League. It is also with this team that he won the Spengler Cup in 2013/2014 and 2014/2015. He founded BKP in 2010, a goaltender development Center.
Sébastien Farrese
Entraîneur des gardiens de but pour les Bulls de Belleville depuis 2004 et au sein des programmes de Hockey Canada, M. Farrese a par ailleurs, gagné la médaille d’or lors des Championnats du monde U17 en 2009. Favorisant un style adapté aux nouvelles réalités du hockey, il enseigne les rudiments de la position à un bon nombre de jeunes gardiens qui aspirent à accéder aux grandes ligues professionnelles.
Goaltenders' coach with the Belleville Bulls since 2004 and with Hockey Canada programs, Sébastien Farrese has also won the Gold Medal at the U17 World Championships in 2009. Favoring a style adapted to the new realities in hockey, he teaches the basics of the position to a great number of young goaltenders aspiring to reach the top professional leagues.
Pierre Allard
Titulaire d’un baccalauréat en kinésiologie de l’Université de Montréal, M. Allard a d’abord été joueur où il a pu participer à des championnats du monde avec l’équipe nationale française et aussi aux Jeux Olympiques de Nagano en 1998 avec cette même formation. Depuis sa retraite, il a pu se concentrer sur sa passion, la préparation physique, avec les Gaulois du Collège Antoine-Girouard (MAAA), l’Océanic de Rimouski (LHJMQ), certaines équipes de la ligue élite d’Allemagne et depuis 2010, il s’est joint à l’organisation du Canadiens de Montréal.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the "Université de Montréal", Mr. Allard was first a player who participated in world championships with the French National Team and the 1998 Nagano Olympic Games with the same team. Since his retirement, he has been able to concentrate on his passion, physical preparation, first with Collège Antoine-Girouard Gaulois (MAAA), and then with the Rimouski Oceanic (QJMHL), a number of teams in the German Elite League and, since, 2010, has joined the Montreal Canadians organization.
Daniel Jacob
Après cinq saisons passées avec les Redmen de l’Université McGill, M. Jacob est devenu joueur professionnel en s’alignant d’abord avec le Rampage de San Antonio (LAH), puis quelques équipes en Europe et finalement, il remporte la médaille d’or de la division 2 lors des championnats du monde en 2009 avec l’équipe nationale de la Serbie. Après avoir pris sa retraite, il devient entraîneur-adjoint des Redmen de McGill et depuis la saison 2014-2015, il est entraîneur-adjoint auprès de Joël Bouchard de l’Armada de Blainville-Boisbriand.
After five seasons with the McGill University Redmen, Mr. Jacob became a professional player, first with the San Antonio Rampage (AHL), then with a number of European teams and finally won the Division 2 Gold Medal at the 2009 World Championships with the Serbian National Team. Following his retirement, he became the Head Coach of the McGill Redmen and, since 2014/2015, he is an assistant coach with Joël Bouchard of the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada.
Pascal Rhéaume
Pascal a signé comme agent libre avec les Devils du New Jersey en 1993. En 1997, les Blues de St. Louis, le réclame au ballotage. Il a par la suite signé comme agent libre avec les Blackhawks de Chicago. Rhéaume a été échangé aux Thrashers d'Atlanta. Il a aussi joué deux saisons avec les Thrashers avant d'être acquis par les Devils du New Jersey en 2002-03. Il a rejoint les Rangers de New York pour la saison 2003-04, avant d'être réclamé au ballottage par les Blues de St. Louis en 2004. À l'été 2004, Rhéaume a été ré-acquis par les Devils du New Jersey, avant d'être échangé aux Coyotes de Phoenix en novembre 2005. Depuis, il a été entraîneur adjoint de Drummondville et de Sherbrooke dans la LHJMQ, l'entraîneur-chef avec le Collège Champlain de la LHJQ et il débutera en septembre comme entraîneur adjoint avec le Wild d'Iowa dans la LAH.
Pascal signed as a free agent with the New Jersey Devils in 1993. In 1997, the St. Louis Blues in the Waiver Draft claimed him. Rhéaume remained with the Blues' organization until 2001. It was at that time that he signed as a free agent with the Chicago Blackhawks. After starting the 2001-02 campaign with the Blackhawks, Rhéaume was dealt to the Atlanta Thrashers. He played parts of two seasons with the Thrashers before being acquired by the New Jersey Devils in the 2002-03 season Rhéaume joined the New York Rangers for the 2003-04 before being claimed off waivers by the St. Louis Blues prior to the 2004. In the summer of 2004, Rhéaume was re-acquired by the New Jersey Devils and spent the entire 2004-05 season and the early portion of the 2005-06 season with the club's AHL affiliate in Albany before being dealt to the Phoenix Coyotes in November of 2005. Since then, he’s been assistant coach with Drummondville and Sherbrooke in the QMJHL, head coach with the Champlain College of the QJHL and he will start in September as an assistant coach in with the Iowa Wild in the AHL.
Pyry Lukkarila
M. Pyry Lukkarila a acquis une grande expérience en hockey en Finlande. Employé de la fédération finlandaise de hockey (FIHA), il est entraîneur-chef régional de la plus grande région en Finlande en termes de joueurs. Il est un des principaux artisans de la réforme du programme de formation des entraîneurs. Il est entraîneur avec l’équipe nationale des moins de 16 ans. Il a entraîné plusieurs niveaux de joueurs, âgés de 5 à 20 ans. Finalement, Il possède une maîtrise en pédagogie sportive et une formation mineure en entraînement et évaluation physiologique de l’Université de Jyväskylä.
Mr. Pyry Lukkarila has acquired a strong experience in ice hockey in Finland. At the moment he is working for FIHA (Finnish Ice Hockey Association) as a regional coach/instructor in the largest region in terms of players in the country. He is one of the key people in charge for coaching education systems re-organisation in Finnish ice hockey at the moment. He is also one of the coaches in Finland’s U16 national team. Before his current position he has worked as a Senior Director of Coaching and also as a coach for teams from U6 up to U20. In addition to the experience in coaching he has a Master`s degree in sport pedagogy and a minor in coaching and physiological testing from University of Jyväskylä.
Pascal Leclaire
Pascal Leclaire a été le premier choix, huitième au total des Blue Jackets de Columbus du repêchage 2001 de la LNH. Leclaire a eu une brillante carrière au sein de la LHJMQ, en plus d’aider le Canada a remporté une médaille d’argent au Championnat du monde 2002 junior. Le gardien de Repentigny a fait ses débuts dans la LNH lors de la saison 2003-04 à Colombus. À l'échelle internationale, Leclaire a aussi représenté le Canada aux Championnats du monde 2008 et a obtenu une médaille d'argent. Leclaire a été échangé à Ottawa où il a terminé sa carrière en 2011. Il est actuellement agent de joueurs.
Pascal Leclaire was the first pick, eighth overall selection of the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft, Leclaire is a graduate of the QMJHL and a member of Team Canada's Silver Medal winning team at the 2002 World Junior Championships. The net minder from Repentigny, Quebec, made his NHL debut during the 2003-04 season in Colombus. Internationally, Leclaire also represented Canada at the 2008 World Championships and earned a silver medal. Leclaire was traded to Ottawa where he finished his career in 2011. He’s currently working as a player’s agent.
Stéphane Fiset
Le natif de Montréal a joué trois années avec les Tigres de Victoriaville tout en conservant la plus basse moyenne de but par match dans la LHJMQ en 1989 et 1990. En 1989, il fut nommé le gardien de but de l'année au Canada. Fiset a mené le Canada à la médaille d'or au Championnat mondial junior en 1990. Il est devenu le gardien numéro 1 des Nordiques en 1993-94. Il a commencé la saison 1995-96 en tandem avec Jocelyn Thibault au Colorado lorsque les Nordiques furent transférés. Fiset était avec l'Avalanche lorsque cette équipe a remporté la Coupe Stanley en 1996. Après avoir évolué à Los Angeles, il a terminé sa carrière avec les Canadiens de Montréal en 2002. Il est actuellement un agent de joueurs.
The native of Montreal Quebec played three years with the Victoriaville Tigres where posted the lowest goals against average in the QMJHL in 1989 and 1990. In 1989 he was voted Canadian Major Junior Goaltender of the Year. Fiset led Canada to the gold medal at the 1990 World Junior Championship. He became Quebec's Nordiques first string backstopper in 1993-94. He began the 1995-96 season in tandem with youngster Jocelyn Thibault in Colorado. Fiset was on hand when the Avalanche won the Stanley Cup in 1996. After playing for LA Kings he finished his career with the Montreal Canadiens in 2002. He is currently a player’s agent.
Jim Corsi
Natif de Montréal, grand sportif dans l’âme, c’est au soccer que M. Corsi fait ses débuts professionnels. Suite à ses études à l’Université Concordia, il décide de se tourner définitivement vers le hockey et signe avec les Nordiques de Québec dans l’Association mondiale de hockey (AMH). Après avoir joué plus de 15 ans à travers la LNH, AHM, WHA, LCH et DEL, il décide de revenir au Canada pour devenir entraîneur des gardiens à l’Université Concordia en 1992. Depuis ce jour, il a été entraîneur des gardiens avec les Sabres de Buffalo et est maintenant avec les Blues de St-Louis. Il a aussi développé le «Corsi system number», statistiques avancées permettant de connaître le différentiel de tirs générés par un joueur ou une équipe et prenant en compte les tirs au but, les tirs manqués et les tirs bloqués.
Born in Montreal, himself a great athlete, Jim Corsi made his professional debuts in soccer. Following his studies at Concordia Université, he decided to definitively become involved in hockey and signs with the Québec Nordiques of the former World Hockey Association (WHA). After a 15-year career throughout the NHL, WHA, CHL and DEL, he decided to return to Canada in 1992 to become the goaltenders' coach at Concordia University. Since then, he has been the goaltender's coach with the Buffalo Sabres and currently is in the same position with the St. Luis Blues. He has also developed the "Corsi System Number" advanced statistics program which calculates the differential of shots generated by a player or a team and taking into account the shots on goal, missed shots and blocked shots.
Sylvain Lefebvre
M. Lefebvre a débuté sa carrière de joueur avec le Titan de Laval en 1984, il a rejoint les Canadiens de Sherbrooke en 1986 et il a fait le saut dans la LNH en 1989 avec le Canadiens de Montréal. Depuis ses débuts professionnels, il a aussi joué pour les Maple Leafs de Toronto, les Nordiques de Québec et l’Avalanche du Colorado. Il a pris sa retraite en 2004 et il a fait le saut comme entraîneur en 2007 avec les Monsters du Lac Érié dans LAH et il a par la suite été entraîneur adjoint avec l’Avalanche du Colorado. En 2012, il est nommé entraîneur-chef des Bulldogs d’Hamilton, qu’il dirige depuis ce temps et qui seront relocalisés pour la saison 2015-2016 à St-John, Terre-Neuve.
Sylvain Lefebvre began his playing career with the Laval Titan in 1984, joined the Sherbrooke Canadians in 1986 and graduated to the NHL in 1989 with the Montreal Canadians. In his professional career, he also played with the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Québec Nordiques and the Colorado Avalanche. He retired in 2004 and jumped into a coaching career in 2007 with the Lake Erie Monsters in the AHL followed by an assistant coach position with the Colorado Avalanche. In 2012, he is appointed Head Coach of the Hamilton Bulldogs of which he still coaches and will relocated to St. John, Newfoundland, for the 2015/2016 season.
Stéphane Waite
Possédant plus de 30 ans d’expérience à titre d’entraîneur des gardiens de but dans différentes ligues mineures, midget AAA et junior majeur, c’est en 2005 que M. Waite fait le saut, comme entraîneur adjoint, chez les professionnels avec les Blackhawks de Chicago. Durant son passage avec cette concession, il soulèvera la coupe Stanley à deux reprises (2010 et 2012). Il est désormais l’entraîneur des gardiens de but du Canadiens de Montréal depuis juillet 2013. Il a participé à trois occasions à titre d’entraîneur adjoint avec Équipe Québec lors des Défis des moins de 17 ans de 1990, 2000 et 2001.
With more than 30 years of experience as a goaltender's coach in various Minor Hockey leagues, Midget AAA and Major Junior, he graduated as an assistant coach in 2005 with the Chicago Black Hawks. During his tenure with the Black Hawks, he will win the Stanley Cup on two occasions (2010 and 2012). As of July 2013, he is the goaltenders' coach with the Montreal Canadians. On three occasions, he participated as an assistant coach with Team Québec at the U17 Challenge in 1990, 2000 and 2001.
Bruce Richardson
La majorité de la carrière de Richardson a été avec les Bears de Hershey. Richardson a également joué pour le Moose du Manitoba et en 2004-05, avec les Trashers de Danbury de l’UHL. En 2005, il a rejoint l’Iserlohn Roosters dans la Ligue allemande de hockey. Il est retourné en Amérique du Nord, pour devenir joueur / entraîneur adjoint avec les Fort Wayne Komets dans la UHL. Il a été embauché comme entraîneur-chef en 2014 par les Tigres de Victoriaville de la LHJMQ.
Most of Richardson's time in North America was spent with the Hershey Bears. Richardson also played for the Manitoba Moose. Richardson also played in 2004-05 with the Danbury Trashers in the UHL. In 2005, he joined the Iserlohn Roosters in the German Hockey League. He returned to become Player/Assistant Coach at the Fort Wayne Komets in the UHL. In 2008, Richardson become Player/Assistant-Coach at the Nottingham Panthers. Richardson took the role of player-coach for the Braehead Clan in England in the 2010/11 season. After leaving the Braehead Clan as Player/Coach in 2011, he moved to Quebec to coach the Chateauguay Patriotes Midget AAA Hockey club and won the MAAA championship in 2013. He was hired as head coach in 2014 by the Victoriaville Tigres of the QMJHL.
Marc Power
Entraîneur de patinage du programme national féminin du Canada, travaillant, entre autres, auprès de l’équipe nationale féminine des moins de 22 ans/de développement et de l’équipe nationale féminine des moins de 18 ans du Canada, depuis neuf saisons. Travaille aussi comme entraîneur de patinage des 67 d’Ottawa de l’OHL depuis 2009 et des Sénateurs d’Ottawa de la LNH et de leur équipe affiliée de l’AHL depuis 2000. Travaille comme entraîneur de patinage des équipes de hockey masculin et féminin de l’Université Carleton. Mentor auprès d’entraîneurs de hockey mineur de la région d’Ottawa depuis plus de 10 ans… Fondateur et propriétaire de Power 456 et Dry-Ice, Hockey Training for Skating. Enseignant et entraîneur à l’école secondaire St. Paul’s à Ottawa.
Has served as a skating coach for Canada’s National Women’s Program, including Canada’s National Women’s Team, Canada’s National Women’s Under-22/Development Team and Canada’s National Women’s Under-18 Team, for nine seasons. Has also worked as a skating coach for the OHL’s Ottawa 67s since 2009 and for the NHL’s Ottawa Senators and its AHL affiliate since 2000. Works as a skating coach with Carleton University’s men’s and women’s hockey teams. Has been a minor hockey coach mentor across the Ottawa area for more than a decade. Founder and owner of POWER 456 and Dry-Ice, Hockey Training for Skating. A teacher and coach at St. Paul’s High School in Ottawa.
Pierre Aubry
Originaire de la Mauricie, M. Aubry a joué dans les rangs professionnels pendant 20 ans à travers l’Amérique et l’Europe. À la suite de son stage junior où il a remporté la Coupe Mémorial avec les Draveurs de Trois-Rivières en 1979, il a porté les uniformes des Nordiques de Québec et des Red Wings de Détroit. Dès son retour d’Europe, il accepte le poste d’entraîneur-chef des Tigres de Victoriaville pour les saisons 1991 et 1992, il relèvera par la suite un nouveau défi avec les Foreurs de Val d’Or qu’il dirigera jusqu’en 1995. Comme entraîneur, M. Aubry a aussi été entraîneur adjoint pour les Estacades de Trois-Rivières dans la ligue Midget AAA et continue de développer les jeunes talents à travers son école de hockey.
Native of the Mauricie Region, Pierre Aubry played professional hockey during 20 years throughout America and Europe. Following his junior career during which he won the Memorial Cup with the Trois-Rivières Draveurs in 1979, he wore the Québec Nordiques and Detroit Red Wings. Upon his return from Europe, he accepts the Head Coach position with the Victoriaville Tigres for the 1991 and 1992 seasons, then accepts a new challenge with the Val d'Or Foreurs which he will coach until 1995. As a coach, Pierre Aubry was also an assistant coach with the Trois-Rivières Estacades of the Midget AAA League and continues to develop young talents through his Hockey School.
Marco Marciano
Marco Marciano fut entraîneur des gardiens de but dès l’âge de 17 ans avec l’équipe des Régents LLL au Midget AAA, et ce pendant 3 ans. Il a aussi été entraîneur des gardiens au Cape Breton (LHJMQ) de 2003 à 2005 et au Championnat du monde des moins de 17 ans avec Équipe Québec masculine en 2006. Il a aussi contribué au succès d’Équipe Canada des moins de 18 ans en 2008 et 2009. De 2006 à 2008, il a travaillé pour les Voltigeurs de Drummondville. En 2009-2010, il a fait partie d’Équipe Canada féminine aux Jeux Olympiques de Vancouver (médaille d’or). Il est présentement adjoint vidéo et entraîneur des gardiens de buts avec les IceCaps de St. John’s dans Ligue américaine de hockey. Membre du comité provincial des gardiens de but de Hockey Québec, il a aidé au développement du logiciel Drilldraw pour gardien et il est l’inventeur du « blocker sleeves » pour l’entraînement des gardiens.
Marco Marciano started as a goalie coach at the age of 17 with the Midget AAA Regents LLL. He was also the goalie coach in Cape Breton from 2003 to 2005 as well as at the World under 17 challenge with Team Quebec in 2006. He also contributed to the success of Team Canada's Under-18 in 2009 or 2008. From 2006 to 2008, he worked for the Drummondville Voltigeurs. In 2009-2010, he was part of Team Canada (women) at the Olympics in Vancouver (gold medal). He is currently an assistant (video) and goalkeeping coach with the St-John's IceCaps in the AHL. Member of the Hockey Quebec provincial goalie committee, he helped in the development of software for Drilldraw and is the inventor of the "blocker sleeves", a training tool for goalies.
Robert Vallerand Ph.D
Le Professeur Vallerand a obtenu son Doctorat de l’Université de Montréal et a réalisé des études postdoctorales en psychologie sociale expérimentale à l’Université de Waterloo. Il est professeur titulaire en psychologie et directeur du Laboratoire de recherche sur le comportement sociale à l’Université du Québec à Montréal. Il a été Président de la Société Canadienne de Psychologie et de l’International Positive Psychology Association. Le professeur Vallerand consacre la majorité de ses écrits à la motivation sociale. Il a publié 7 livres et plus de 300 articles et chapitres scientifiques. Ses dernières recherches se sont concentrées sur le concept de passion et ses impacts sur le bien-être psychologique, physique et relationnel ainsi que la performance de haut niveau.
Dr. Vallerand obtained his Doctorate at the University of Montréal and conducted post-doctorate studies in experimental social psychology at the University of Waterloo. He is a Full Professor of psychology and Director of the Research Laboratory in social behaviour at the "Université du Québec à Montréal". Professor Vallerand has served as President of the Canadian Psychological Association and the International Positive Psychology Association. His research focuses on social motivation. He has published 7 books and well over 300 scientific articles and book chapters. His most recent research deals with the concept of passion and its impacts on the psychological, physical and relational well-being, as well as expert performance.
Paul Carson
M. Carson est le vice-président du développement hockey chez Hockey Canada depuis 5 ans et il est à l’emploi de Hockey Canada depuis 13 ans. Dans ses fonctions de directeur du développement hockey, il a joué un rôle primordial dans le développement du Manuel des habiletés de Hockey Canada, du programme national de mentorat des entraîneurs et de la série de DVD «habiletés en or». Avant de se joindre à Hockey Canada, M. Carson a été entraîneur adjoint avec les Thunderbirds de l’Université de la Colombie-Britannique et de l’équipe de la Colombie Britannique lors des jeux du Canada en 2002.
Mr. Carson is the Vice-President of Hockey Development at Hockey Canada since 5 years and he has been working there for 13 years. Amongst his duties as Director of Hockey Development, he has played a primary role in the development of Hockey Canada's Abilities Manual, the national program of coaches' mentorship and the DVD on "Golden Abilities". Prior to joining Hockey Canada, Mr. Carson was an assistant coach with the University of British Columbia Thunderbirds and the British Columbia Team at the 2002 Canada Games.
Stéphane Perreault Ph.D
M. Perreault a complété son doctorat en psychologie sociale à l’Université du Québec à Montréal, en plus de compléter des études postdoctorales à l’UQAM et McGill. Ses principaux thèmes de recherche sont la psychologie du sport, la motivation et la psychologie des groupes. Il a collaboré avec Hockey Québec à titre de formateur et conférencier depuis 2013.
Stéphane Perreault completed his Doctorate in Social Psychology at the "Université du Québec à Montréal" in addition to completing his post-doctoral studies at the UQAM and McGill. His principal research subjects pertain to sports psychology, motivation and group psychology. He began cooperating with Hockey Québec as a Course Conductor and Speaker in 2013.
Marc Schryburt
Diplômé en éducation physique de l’Université de Montréal, M. Schryburt est désormais le directeur du Service des sports de l’Université d’Ottawa. À travers les 25 dernières années, il a été entraîneur dans 7 différentes disciplines sportives, dont six ans passés dans le circuit de football universitaire canadien (SIC), avec l’Université McGill et l’Université de Sherbrooke. Au niveau professionnel, son temps a entre autre été investi auprès des jeunes du secondaire et aussi comme directeur des programmes internationaux à l’Association canadienne des entraîneurs (ACE). Il participe à la formation haute performance depuis 2012.
Having gained his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Marc Schryburt is currently the Athletics Director at the University of Ottawa. During the past 25 years, he has coached in 7 different sports, including 6 years in the University Football League (CIS) at McGill University and Sherbrooke University. At the professional level, he has invested his time with youngsters at the high school level and as Director of international programs with the Canadian Association of Coaches (CAC). He participates in high performance education since 2012.
Marc-André Dumont
Provenant du milieu des médias, il a rapidement fait sa marque comme entraîneur, remportant les séries éliminatoires et accédant à la coupe Telus dès sa première année comme entraîneur-chef à la barre des Patriotes de Chateauguay dans la ligue Midget AAA en 2005. Depuis ce jour, il a été adjoint à Benoit Groulx dans la LHJMQ et de Guy Boucher dans la LHMAAQ, nommé entraîneur de l’Équipe Québec en 2005 et 2009 pour les Championnats Mondiaux des moins de 17 ans, entraîneur-chef des Foreurs de Val d’Or et depuis 2013, il occupe le poste de directeur général et entraîneur-chef des Screamings Eagles du Cape-Breton.
Issued from the world of media, he quickly made his mark as a coach, winning the playoffs and participating in the Telus Cup in his first year as Head Coach of the Chateauguay Patriotes in the Midget AAA League in 2005. Since then, he was an assistant to Benoit Groulx in the QMJHL and to Guy Boucher in the QMAAHL, appointed Head Coach of Team Québec in 2005 and 2009 for the U17 World Championships, Head Coach of the Val d'Or Foreurs and, since 2013, he is the General Manager and Head Coach of the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles.
Pierre Alain
Diplômé en éducation physique de l’Université du Québec à Montréal et ayant obtenu son niveau 4 du Programme national de Certification des Entraîneurs (PNCE), c’est dans les années 90 que M. Alain a débuté sa carrière d’entraîneur dans le Midget AAA avec l’équipe Montréal-Bourassa, avant de se joindre avec les Cheminots de St-Jérôme dans la ligue collégiale féminine. Maintenant entraîneur-chef de l’équipe féminine de l’Université de Carleton, il a notamment été impliqué auprès des équipes nationales féminines à partir de 2007, remportant la médaille d’or à titre d’entraîneur-chef aux championnats moins de 18 ans en 2012 et moins de 22 ans en 2013.
Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education at the "Université du Québec à Montréal" as well as a Level 4 certification within the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP), Pierre Alain began his coaching career with the Montréal-Bourassa in the Midget AAA League. Currently Head Coach of the Carleton University female hockey team, he is also involved with the National Women Teams since 2007, winning the gold medal as a head coach of the U18 championships in 2012 and U22 in 2013.
Bob Hartley
Nouvellement récipiendaire du trophée Jack Adams de LNH remis à l’entraîneur de l’année, M. Hartley a entrepris sa carrière professionnelle d’entraîneur à la fin des années 80 avec les Hawks de Hawkesbury. Depuis son arrivée comme entraîneur à la barre des Hawks, il a aussi dirigé le Titan de Laval (LHJMQ), les Aces de Cornwall (LAH), les Bears d’Hershey (LAH), l’Avalanche du Colorado, les Trashers d’Atlanta, les Lions de Zurich (Ligue National A – Suisse), avant de revenir comme entraîneur-chef dans la LNH avec les Flames de Calgary en 2012. En 24 années derrière un banc, il a mis la main sur la coupe du président (1993), la coupe Calder (1997) et la coupe Stanley (2001).
Recently elected at the 2015 NHL Jack Adam's Trophy as the Coach of the Year, Bob Hartley began his professional career in the late 1980's with the Hawkesbury Hawks. Since his debut with the Hawks, he also coached the Laval Titan (QMJHL), the Cornwall Aces (AHL), the Hershey Bears (AHL), the Colorado Avalanche, the Atlanta Trashers, the Zürich Lions (Swiss National A League before returning to the NHL at the helm of the Calgary Flames in 2012. In his 24 years behind the bench, he has won the President's Cup (1993), the Calder Cup (1997) and the Stanley Cup (2001).
Clément Jodoin
Depuis 1987, il a été entraîneur de 3 formations dans la LHJMQ, 2 formations dans la LAH et depuis, il a complété 8 saisons avec le Canadiens de Montréal à titre de dépisteur, directeur du développement des joueurs et entraîneur adjoint. En 2007, il a remporté à la barre des MAINEiacs de Lewiston la coupe du Président et il a été nommé entraîneur de l’année de la Ligue Canadienne de hockey. Sélectionné en 2008 comme entraîneur adjoint avec l’équipe canadienne junior qui a remporté la médaille d’or en République Tchèque, il a participé aux programmes de Hockey Canada pendant 3 ans.
Since 1987, he has coached three different teams in the QMJHL, two in the AHL and since, has completed eight seasons with the Montreal Canadians as a scout, director of players' development and assistant coach. In 2007 at the helm of the Lewiston MAINEiacs, he won the President's Cup and was named the CHL Coach of the Year. Selected in 2008 as an assistant coach with the Canadian Junior Team who brought back the Gold Medal in the Czech Republic, he has also been involved in Hockey Canada's programs for three years.
Jocelyn Thibault
Repêché par les Nordiques de Québec en 1993, M. Thibault a joué 15 saisons comme gardien de but dans la LNH dans 6 uniformes différents, dont celui du Canadiens de Montréal. Il a notamment été le dernier gardien à gagner un match au Forum et le premier à en gagner un au Centre Bell. Depuis sa retraite, il a été entraîneur des gardiens pour l’Avalanche du Colorado, s’implique activement dans le développement du hockey dans la région de l’Estrie. Il s’implique au niveau du programme Équipe Québec. Il est copropriétaire et instigateur derrière le retour du Phoenix de Sherbrooke en 2011.
Drafted by the Québec Nordiques in 1993, Jocelyn Thibault spent 15 seasons in the NHL as a goaltender, wearing six different jerseys, including the Montreal Canadians. Notably, he was the last goaltender to win a game at the old Montreal Forum and the first one to register a win at the Bell Centre. Since his retirement, he was the goaltenders' coach for the Colorado Avalanche, is actively involved in the development of hockey in the Eastern Townships. He is participating with Team Québec program. He is co-owner and instigator behind the comeback of the Sherbrooke Phoenix in 2011.
Stéphane Auger
M. Auger a débuté sa carrière d’officiel à 16 ans dans la région Bourassa. Il a par la suite gravi les échelons des programmes de Hockey Québec et atteint la LHJMQ en tant qu’arbitre en 1991. Il a joint les rangs de l’Association des Officiels de la LNH en 1994. En 13 saisons dans la LNH, il a officié plus de 700 matchs. Il a aussi participé à quelques rencontres internationales en 1998 et 1999 pour les championnats du monde junior et sénior. Depuis la fin de sa carrière en 2012, il est conseiller auprès de quelques ligues européennes, consultant pour le Comité Provincial des Officiels de Hockey Québec et expert-analyste pour le réseau TVA sport.
Stéphane Auger began his officiating career at age 16 in the Bourassa Region and has climbed up the ladder within Hockey Québec's programs and reached the QMJHL in 1991. He joined the NHL Officials Association in 1994. During his 13-season career in the NHL, he officiated more than 700 games. He also participated in some international games in 1998 and 1999 at the World Junior and Senior Championships. Since his retirement in 2012, he has been a consultant for some European Leagues, for the Hockey Québec's Provincial Officiating Committee and is a currently an analyst for the TVA Sports Network.
Jack Blatherwick Ph.D
Dr Blatherwick est un des plus grands physiologistes de l’exercice à travers les États-Unis. Il a été entraîneur-adjoint, au côté de Herb Brooks, avec les Rangers de New-York, l’université du Minnesota et de l’équipe Olympique masculine des États-Unis entre 1980 et 1994, remportant l’or avec l’édition de 1980, mieux connu sous le nom de «Miracle on Ice». Il a été un des instigateurs de l’entraînement des habiletés hors-glace, du «power skating» et de la technique d’«overspeed». Il fut jusqu’à tout récemment impliqué auprès des Capitals de Washington en tant que membre de l’équipe de préparation physique.
Dr. Blatherwick is a well-known exercise physiologist, who worked with coach, Herb Brooks, to plan the preparation of the 1980 US Olympic Team, and later with the New York Rangers. He was an assistant coach-physiologist with the University of Minnesota for seven years, and with five US Olympic Teams between 1980 and 1994. Jack was one of the pioneers of skating-specific off-ice training and ‘OverSpeed skill and skating development on-ice.’ Until recently, he was the physiologist for the Washington Capitals, and has been the head-coach of high school and college teams for many years.
Gilles Moffet
Ayant participé à plusieurs camp d’entraînement avec des équipes de la LNH comme gardien de but (Québec, Minnesota, New-York) dans les années 80, c’est comme statisticien et journaliste que M. Moffet trouve sa niche. Attitré à la couverture des Remparts de Québec pendant plus de 10 ans pour le Journal de Québec et éditeur du magazine Goalie’s World depuis 17 ans, il fait désormais la promotion de sa passion pour la position de gardien de but à travers ses analyses et commentaires pour le Journal de Québec.
Having participated in many training camps with NHL teams as a goaltender (Quebec, Minnesota, New York during the 1980 decennia, it is as a statistician and news reporter that he found his 'niche'. Assigned to the coverage of the Québec Ramparts for more than 10 years on behalf of the "Journal de Québec" and editor of the Goalie's World magazine for 17 years, he now promotes his passion for the goaltender's position through his analyses and comment for the "Journal de Québec.
Maxime St-Onge
Maxime St-Onge, est le co-fondateur et actuel président de Synemorphose inc. Il est détenteur d’un baccalauréat en enseignement de l’activité physique (Université du Québec à Montréal, 1998), d’une maîtrise en nutrition (Université de Montréal, 2003) et titulaire d’un doctorat en science de l’activité physique (Université de Montréal, 2009). Ses champs d’intérêts et d’expertise gravitent autour de la physiologie de l'exercice, de l’évaluation de la dépense énergétique, de la composition corporelle et de la nutrition sportive. Maxime est auteur et co-auteur de publications scientifiques et porte un intérêt tout particulier à la vulgarisation scientifique ce qui l’amène à publier également des articles grand public. Généralement, ses articles cherchent à expliquer et démystifier de nombreux mythes en matière d’activité physique, d’entraînement et de nutrition.

He holds a Bachelor of Education in Physical Activity (UQAM, 1998), a Masters Degree in Nutrition (University of Montreal, 2003) and a PhD in Physical Activity (University of Montreal, 2009). His areas of interest and expertise are around the physiology, assessment of energy expenditure, body composition and sports nutrition. Maxime is the author and co-author of scientific publications and has a special interest in the popularization of science which leads him to also publish articles for the general public. Generally, articles seek to explain and debunk many myths about physical activity, fitness and nutrition.
